We understand that creating the right impression and the health, safety and welfare of patrons is  paramount to the success of facilities and venues.To this end, Quayclean constantly strives to work  with clients to maintain and improve the quality standards and upkeep of each facility.

Quaycleans branded products ensure greater client satisfaction and safety records for our clients venues.


Each facility or venue has different surface types with varying degrees of use. Quayclean have developed innovative cleaning products to treat specific problems with each surface. Quayclean developed these products with specialist manufacturers and have introduced a far superior cleaning result.

 

From this Quayclean has produced a range of unique environmentally friendly products designed to  regenerate non slip surfaces that have become worn down over time. This product revitalizes the  surface and restores it to its original standard.

Our focus is on quality of work and integrity of operation.

 

We take our responsibility to you seriously, and so we provide the most comprehensive quality assurance system designed for each client’s needs and requirements.

 

Quayclean’s cleaning processes and client management system ensures a consistent, reliable and professional result every time. We provide cleaners’ communication books, performance and assessment checklist manuals, surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure our performance and ensure high standard of cleaning is maintained at all times.

 

Each client can access our web-based quality management tool to regularly monitor our performance and utilise this tool for their own internal communications and reporting.

 

Our management and supervisory team work to agreed inspection cycles ensuring levels of service and performance standards are adhered to at all times.

 

We closely monitor our  network and conduct ongoing checks on the quality of work, implementing necessary measures to ensure a

 high level of service is maintained.

 

All Quayclean employees undertake a facility-specific and job-specific induction session prior to commencing their role at any of our client’s

 premises.  For one-off events we apply the same principle and also invite our clients to be involved in the development and delivery of such training.

 

Quayclean works to current best practice for health and safety policies and procedures including manual handling, hazardous substances, infection control, emergency situations and basic first aid.
