Quayclean’s cleaning processes and client management system ensures a consistent, reliable and professional result every time. We provide cleaners’ communication books, performance and assessment checklist manuals, surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure our performance and ensure high standard of cleaning is maintained at all times.
Each client can access our web-based quality management tool to regularly monitor our performance and utilise this tool for their own internal communications and reporting.

Our management and supervisory team work to agreed inspection cycles ensuring levels of service and performance standards are adhered to at all times.

We closely monitor our network and conduct ongoing checks on the quality of work, implementing necessary measures to ensure a
high level of service is maintained.


All Quayclean employees undertake a facility-specific and job-specific induction session prior to commencing their role at any of our client’s
premises. For one-off events we apply the same principle and also invite our clients to be involved in the development and delivery of such training.

Quayclean works to current best practice for health and safety policies and procedures including manual handling, hazardous substances, infection control, emergency situations and basic first aid.
