Site Inspections

Quayclean effective evaluation procedure is designed to provide immediate and timely feedback to the cleaning staff on the key aspects of cleaning and customer satisfaction. The evaluation process is also used as a quality control tool for the ongoing improvement of Quayclean cleaning and customer service.

Another part of Quayclean strategy in the pursuit of service excellence is our monthly Quality Management inspections (by Quayclean management) of staff's work. This ensures that Quayclean is constantly monitoring the standard of work being performed by our staff as well as through the evaluation reports.

Quayclean believes that regular inspections of the cleaning being performed are an important aspect of the Quality Management system.

Quayclean will also carry out additional inspections as requested by the Schools via the Client Service Policy form or on an as needed basis.
