Training Excellence

Accredited training, inductions, and an excellent safety management system are some of the ways we keep our employees safe, and mitigate the risk of other people being affected by our work. New employees undergo a thorough screening process including referee and police checks, inductions, and role specific training. Beyond this, QuayClean invests heavily in the ongoing professional development of staff.

Quayclean establish a close knit team at each venue, focused on providing a high visible standard of customer service providing day to day cleaning, event and function set up, post event cleaning and speciality cleaning. For example, our event teams carry 'bum-bags' containing a map of the venue and mini first aid kits which are provided to clientele as required.

All new staff members receive a Staff Pocket Guide and are encouraged to carry it all times. The guide serves as an on the job reference allowing new employees to have vital information about the company at their fingertips. It provides them with an overview of our Mission Statement, our Core Values and our Code of Conduct. It also contains a map of the venue they are working in, Safety, Environmental, and incident reporting procedures, not to mention a range of other important information.
